Pleasant hotel, the stay was nice, strategic location by subway. We all appreciated warm and extremely spacious room with comfortable bed and table football plus the bathroom. The staff seemed really kind. The breakfast looked great and excellent with a lot of options.

The room is spacious and the bathroom features a nice bathtub. the service is flawless, and there is convenient on-site parking. Check-in was quick and easy. the hotel's location is close to a taxi stand and a U-Bahn station, making it very accessible. the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The rooms here are functional and there's even a table football and an extra table for the parents, the staff is fairly friendly, the breakfast is delicious, with an astonishingly good choice of meals.

big mama berlin exceeded my expectations during this weekend stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the room was clean and had all the necessities, and the location was convenient with a nearby U-Bahn station.
Shower curtain was awful.
